Fagali'i Elementary School Gymnasium

The Construction of Fagali'i Elementary School Gymnasium is one of the notable projects within our portfolio. This project aims to provide the school with a modern and functional gymnasium facility to enhance the students' overall learning and physical activities experience. Pavaia'i Fautasi Home Construction

The Pavaiaʻi Boat House Project involves the construction of a secure and functional boat storage facility designed to support local maritime activities and community operations. The scope of work includes site clearing and preparation, reinforced concrete slab foundation, structural framing using corrosion-resistant materials, installation of a durable roofing system, and provision of wide entry bays suitable for vessel access. The facility will also include utility provisions such as electrical wiring and basic plumbing, as needed for operational use.

LBJ GRANT OFFICE RENOVATION PROJECT

Snow Incorporation completed the renovation of the LBJ New Grants Office at LBJ Tropical Medical Center in Pago Pago, American Samoa. The project encompassed extensive interior renovation activities, including structural removals, detailed carpentry work, installation of doors and windows, comprehensive electrical upgrades, mechanical and airconditioning system installations, interior finishes, and rigorous final cleanup and housekeeping procedures. The project was effectively completed within a compact schedule
of 45 calendar days, demonstrating our ability to deliver high quality results under tight timelines. Snow Incorporation coordinated closely with hospital administration, maintaining stringent safety protocols and precise scheduling to minimize interference with ongoing hospital operations.
